Six checks
- RERA registration. Confirm the project’s registration number and details on the MahaRERA website.
- Developer track record. Look at earlier projects and how they were delivered.
- Approved plans. Ask to see the sanctioned plans and the carpet area of your unit.
- Payment schedule. Get the full schedule in writing, with all charges listed.
- Possession timeline. Note the committed date in the agreement.
- Total cost. Ask for the all-inclusive price, including taxes, registration and maintenance deposits.
